Layer Boot는 Layer Oxford의 구조를 부츠의 비례로 확장하는 것에서 시작합니다. 낮은 구두에서 사용했던 긴 레이싱 구조와 겹쳐진 패널을 높은 부츠의 실루엣 안으로 연장해, 익숙한 레이스업 부츠와는 다른 수직적인 균형을 만들었습니다.
 높은 샤프트가 만들어내는 강한 형태감은 유지하면서, 후면 지퍼를 적용해 일상에서 보다 편하게 신고 벗을 수 있도록 구성했습니다.

Layer Boot begins by extending the structure of the Layer Derby into the proportions of a boot. The elongated lacing and layered panels of the low shoe continue upward through the taller silhouette, creating a vertical balance distinct from a conventional lace-up boot. The strong presence created by the tall shaft is retained, while a rear zipper allows for easier everyday wear.
